Payment Request Policy
Dog Grooming Booking Policy. To ensure the best experience for all dogs and owners, please read our booking policy before confirming your appointment. Deposits A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit has been received. Cancellations & No Shows We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or appointment changes. Appointments cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time, or failure to attend without notice, will incur a 50% cancellation/no-show fee. Late Arrivals Late arrival may result in a shortened appointment or the appointment needing to be rescheduled. Full grooming charges may still apply. Health & Welfare Owners must inform us of any medical conditions, behavioural concerns, allergies, recent injuries, or fleas prior to the appointment. If fleas are found during the groom, a flea treatment charge may be added to cover additional cleaning and salon sanitation. Matted Coats Severely matted coats can cause discomfort and skin issues. In some cases, clipping short may be the kindest and safest option. While every care is taken, the salon cannot be held responsible for pre-existing skin conditions or irritation revealed during the grooming process. Safety & Behaviour The safety and wellbeing of both dogs and groomers is our priority. We reserve the right to stop or refuse a groom at any time if a dog becomes excessively stressed, aggressive, unwell, or if the safety of the dog or groomer is at risk. Every effort is made to ensure your dog’s comfort and safety during grooming. However, due to the nature of working with live animals and professional grooming equipment, the salon cannot accept responsibility for accidental injury should a dog suddenly move, jump, or react unexpectedly during the appointment. Right to Cancel We reserve the right to cancel or rearrange appointments at any time due to emergencies, illness, unsafe conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. By booking an appointment, you agree to the terms of this policy.
No-Show Policy
50% of the appointment value is required if appointments are not attended to.
Late Cancellation Policy
50% of the appointment value is required if appointments are cancelled within 48 hours.
Disclaimer
The quoted price is an estimate and may be subject to change. Additional charges may apply if extra time is required due to behavioural issues, health concerns, severe matting, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Late Collection
Dogs not collected within the agreed collection time may be subject to additional day care fees to cover the extra care and supervision provided.
